  • We have CONTACTLESS CHECK IN. When you arrive head to your space and find your packet on the table or floor. It will have all the info you need in the packet with wristbands, badges, lanyards, schedule….etc

  • Venue’s Exhibitor Services desk available Friday Noon - 7pm

  • Saturday AM access begins at 7:30am for Exhibitors

  • Saturday AM LOAD IN DOORS LOCK at 8:30am

  • Sunday AM access begins at 9:00am for Exhibitors

  • Friday During set up at the Exhibitor services table the venue will have items to rent such as additional chairs, tables, table cloths, and any other items for booths. Services available from 12pm - 7pm.

  • The Venue charges for Parking. Friday there is not a charge for parking. A weekend parking pass can be purchased from the Venue on Friday July 31st during set up from the venue’s exhibitor service booth from 12pm - 7pm.

Friday July 31

  • 9am …. DRIVE IN by RESERVATION - Exhibitor Load in Starts DRIVE IN AT DOOR NUMBER 7

  • 11am… Exhibitor Load in times start HERE

  • 9pm… Set up ends. Exhibitors Exit for night

You can set up all day 11am - 9pm. For example if you unload from 11-1, you can stay all day till 9pm for set up. set up all day, load in times are to keep the parking lot moving and not a huge mess.

Saturday August 1

  • 7am ……….. Vehicles for JDM Car show entry at Door 11

  • 7:30am ……….. Exhibitor entry begins at main entrance of Hall C. LOAD IN DOOR ACCESS UNTIL 8:30am THEN LOCKED

  • 8:00am …… Box office and Will call opens

  • 8:30am ……. CONVENTION OPEN FOR VIP

  • 9am ………… CONVENTION HALL FULLY OPEN

  • 6pm ………….Exhibitor HALL IS CLOSED - ATTENDEES ARE TO EXIT

  • 7pm ………… Exhibitors exit for night - HALL IS CLOSED AND LOCKED FOR THE NIGHT AT 7:00 PM

  • 6pm - MIDNIGHT…. Entertainment/ Arcade/ Panels & Workshops

SUNDAY August 2

  • 9am ……….... Exhibitor entry for set up

  • 9:30am ………… CONVENTION OPEN FOR VIP

  • 10am ………… CONVENTION IS OPEN

  • 5pm ………..… CONVENTION IS CLOSED

  • 5pm - 9pm … Exhibitors Load out
