What is miAnime all about

  • Operated with Really Cool Comic Convention, Our team has 8 years of experience hosting Con events. We are excited to showcase an Anime event at Michigan’s premier convention venue, Suburban Collection Showplace.

  • The 2025 event is 2 days, Saturday August 2, 2025 & Sunday August 3, 2025.

    *Load in/set up Day on FRIDAY August 1st for Exhibitors. Loading dock for Truck access, Vehicle sized roll up doors for loading in/out, (You can drive in for unload and load out!)

  • Over 129,000 Sq feet Main Room Space, 40’ ceilings, Concessions/Restrooms in main room.

  • Over 6,000 parking spots at the venue, Hyatt Hotel on site connected directly to venue

  • 2 designated panel rooms, Main Stage (in the main hall) for contests & additional programming

  • Itasha, JDM, and Japanese Import Car show.

  • Free Photo Scene areas for cosplayers & fans. Free 360 photo booth for everyone.

  • Japanese/Anime Culture workshops & interactive events.

  • Video Gaming & Tournaments

  • Activities for Attendees (Ribbon games, Scavenger hunts, LARP)

  • Main stage performances, Cosplay Contests, Cosplay Games

  • 10Am - 8pm - vendor & artist load in / Convention Set up Day

Saturday - August 2, 2025

  • 7Am - 8Am - vendor & artist load in. Must be set up by 8AM.

  • 8:30AM - VIP ADMISSION

  • 9AM - General admission begins

  • 6PM - SHow floor closes

  • 6PM - 7pm - Vendor & Artist secure booth for overnight

Sunday - August 3, 2025

  • 8Am - vendors & artists open access to show floor

  • 9:30 Am - VIP Admission

  • 10AM - General admission begins

  • 4PM - SHow floor closes

  • 4PM - 7pm - Vendor & Artist teardown & move out

  • Discounted Exhibitor Block Rate available

  • Set up / Check in is CONTACTLESS. All vendors & Artists will receive floor plan map prior to the show. Enter anytime on Friday August 1st for set up. Park near the load in doors during pre-Assigned load in time window.

  • Upon entry during set up find your space and you will find a packet with everyting you need…. Wristbands, event schedule, show info, and details for a successful event.

  • The venue will be locked Friday and Saturday Nights

  • you can set up any additional tables, shelving, grid work, or any displays you want within your space.
