VIP PACKAGE PICK UP INFO

Bring your emailed Purchase Confirmation (aka Receipt) to any Will Call Station to pick up VIP Package, including the Bag with all items + Wristband.

  • Wristband is required to be worn for entry & re-entry to the convention

  • ALL redemptions for MAS Authentication & Gachapon must be made during show hours

  • VIP Packages MUST be picked up in person by the person who purchased

  • VIP Packages MUST be picked up during event hours at Will Call.

  • August 1 , 2026 - SATURDAY HOURS 9am - 11pm. (Exhibitor Hall closes at 6pm. Entertainment & Programming from 6pm - 11pm)
