HOW TO PICK UP YOUR WRISTBAND?

  • WILL CALL is located in the main lobby area of the Convention center Outside of the Hall C entrance. Every Venue entrance will have signage & volunteers to help everyone find the Box office, & Will Call stations.

  • At WILL CALL please present the emailed Confirming your Ticket Purchase, check you inbox. This email has a QR code and your order number. Please have this email open on your phone or printed to present to any staff member at any of the WILL CALL stations.

  • The WILL CALL Stations are right next to the Box Office (YES, TICKETS CAN ALSO BE PURCHASED DAY(S) OF THE SHOW) and both these areas are directly outside of the main convention hall entrance.

  • Your Wristband allows for re-entry.

  • Will Call station hours; Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm …. Sunday 9:30am - 4:30pm

  • ALL TICKET PURCHASES will need to check in at Will Call to receive Badge, Lanyard, Wristband, VIP Package.

  • VIP Packages MUST be picked up in person by the person who purchased the Package

  • VIP Packages MUST be picked up during event hours at Will Call

  • ALL VIP redemptions for Gachapon must be made during show hours and will not be valid for redemption outside of the event hours.
